Is relaxation on your self-care to do list? It's definitely on mine and enjoying a good book is one of my favourite ways to wind down and escape for a while. Sometimes however we can forget to read simply for pleasure, ploughing through the classics because we feel we should or reading the latest best sellers just because everyone else is. Forget that - you're not studying for your O levels anymore and you're old enough to make up your own mind. Grab a book that you know you'll truly enjoy and do just that.
