If you sang or danced on Day 8 of this 30 Day Challenge you'll have already noticed that music is great for boosting your mood.
Today's exercise is to put together a happy playlist - choose ten or so songs that you know will instantly put a smile on your face - they might remind you of good times or you might just simply like the tune. The choice is yours.
Once you've set up your "Happy Songs" list, don't forget to listen to it - frequently. It's a great quick-fix solution if you're feeling a bit low. Just press a few buttons and sing along!
