Today's thirty minute self-care exercise is to write in your journal. To my mind a journal is different from a diary, it's somewhere to explore emotions and ideas rather than record appointments and such.
You can write about anything you wish - this is your time. If you are really stuck for something to write, there are lots of ideas you can use to get your started. Here are a few simple prompts;
