Today it's one of my favourite self-care exercises - yoga. I'm a fan of Iyengar but you can, of course, choose your own variety - there's a version of yoga for just about everyone. If you can, I'd recommend attending a class - a good teacher is invaluable and once you know the basics, it's easier to practise at home. If you can't make it to a class there are lots of good basic books and videos available. The NHS website has some useful information.
