When was the last time you looked at old photographs? Like me, you've probably got a box in the loft that you're going to sort out - "one day". Well, today's the day! Grab that box and spend half an hour (or longer if you wish) and re-live some happy memories.
Have a sort out while you're at it, put them into collections, give some to friends or family or frame some of the best ones to look at everyday instead of once a decade.
If you're lucky enough to be too young to have one of those boxes, then have a browse through your digital collection and maybe print out some special pictures or use an editing programme such as Picasa or Canva and make a collage.
There's a lot of psychological evidence to support the theory that regularly looking at photographs, particularly of ourselves and loved ones, boosts self-esteem and promotes a sense of belonging. So now is the time to start thinking outside the box!
If you want to treat yourself to some new photo frames, this selection from Cox and Cox is very tempting.
