As well as being great physical exercise, walking is also a great mood booster. It's easy to do, you can walk just about anywhere - around town or out in the countryside, you can do it with others or alone and, apart from a comfortable pair of shoes, you don't usually need any special gear or equipment.
So why not have a Sunday stroll today. If you are planning lunch at your local pub or restaurant, walk there instead of driving.
