Today it's time to get creative and indulge in an art session. If you're already shouting "but I can't draw" at the screen, it doesn't matter - and anyway, if you try you might just find you can.
If you already enjoy artistic hobbies you can just disappear into your studio but all you really need is a pencil and a sheet of paper. Then it's up to you - draw, paint, sculpt, doodle, colour - no-one's going to judge your work, this is for fun.
Any creative activity such as art can be very therapeutic, it's absorbing and relaxing and, on a deeper level can be a means of expressing mental or emotional problems. You can read more about art therapy here.
