This might seem a little odd. Clean? Tidy? They're chores! True - they are and this is technically more of a reward than a treat, but to my mind, a little light housework can be classed as self-care. I promise you, it'll make you feel better.
I'm not suggesting that you undertake a major blitz, you've only got thirty minutes and if your house is anything like mine, a complete clean will probably take closer to a fortnight!
Choose a small, specific task - the junk drawer, the bathroom cabinet, the top of the coffee table that gets used for everything except coffee. Remove everything, clean the area and put back only the items that should be there. This is an ideal half hour task, a time limit makes you focus and make faster decisions about what to keep and what to throw away.
Now step back and admire your work - you'll thank yourself tomorrow when you can find your keys or that lipstick you knew you had.
