Treat your feet today and spend your thirty minutes of Me Time having a home pedicure. Your feet work hard so they deserve it. A refreshing foot soak followed by a bit of pampering is just what they need in this heatwave and you'll be ready to put on those strappy sandals or go barefoot on the beach.
First gather all the items you will need;
There are lots of foot care products on the market, but one of my favourite brands is Newtons - I've been using them for years - they may not be the most glamorous but they work. The chiropody sponge is brilliant.
It's not always easy to find them in the high street - some smaller chemists and body-care shops stock them but not always the full range - however you can now stock up on Amazon
Then find yourself a suitable spot and;
I've also featured some lovely handmade foot care products in an earlier blog post Treat Your Feet

If I'm ever lucky enough to win the lottery, one of the things I would treat myself to is fresh bedding - daily, like a luxury hotel. Extravagant maybe, but getting into crisp, clean sheets is such a great feeling. Why not treat yourself tonight? Make your bed and while you're at it, give your bedroom a quick tidy too. Have a great night's sleep and be ready to tackle the weekend.
M&S have some useful tips on choosing Summer bed linen and getting a good night's sleep.
Or why not treat yourself to some relaxing bath and body or home fragrance goodies from the Feather & Down range which have been specially created for sleep and are blended with chamomile and lavender essential oils.
Do you feel like a beauty treat today? Does it feel like a bit of a pink day too? Then have a browse through this selection of pretty pastel pink bath and body treats. All under ten pounds of course. Just click on the photos to get more details and enjoy some pampering this weekend.
There are lots more bath and body ten pound treats on my Pinterest board too.

Lettuce, Tomato, Cucumber... no I'm not making a salad - these are the fragrances of some of my favourite soaps.
A beautiful bar of handmade soap makes a great treat for you or for someone else. If it's fabulously packaged like this selection, it'll look pretty on the bathroom shelf and it'll smell great too.
I'm not too keen on overpowering, heavy florals so I love the fresh and clean scents of these soaps. They are made by Italian soap makers Nesti Dante from natural materials, using traditional methods and are a big chunk of a bar at 250g. They are great value at £4.75 so you could get two treats for your ten pounds (you can share if you want to!)
If I had to choose a favourite then it would probably be the tomato soap - just think Grandad's greenhouse!
