It doesn't have to be the same time each day, just choose what works for you. If you think you haven't time, find it (is your well-being less important than watching an episode of EastEnders?).
You can do anything you like in this half hour, have a bath, read a book, do some yoga, draw or paint, go for a walk, write in your diary or chat to a friend. The activity is up to you, what's important is that it makes you feel good.
