Is this how you feel today? Some Mondays I wake up and think "right - let's get to grips with this week!" Today was definitely not one of those Mondays - a rubbish weekend, injured dog, damaged car, abandoned plans - and just don't ask about the diet.
Sometimes the opportunity to put last week behind you and start afresh just isn't enough. What do you turn to when your motivation seems to have upped and left? I like a visual reminder. Looking at a photo of the outfit I'm going to treat myself to when I shift that half stone helps me get back on my healthy eating plan or just seeing the words "day off" in my diary motivates me to get all my chores completed on time.
