There are lots of foot care products on the market, but one of my favourite brands is Newtons - I've been using them for years - they may not be the most glamorous but they work. The chiropody sponge is brilliant.
It's not always easy to find them in the high street - some smaller chemists and body-care shops stock them but not always the full range - however you can now stock up on Amazon

Today I suggest you opt for a healthy version, given that the next few weeks will probably involve a fair share of culinary indulgences. Eating well is one of the corner stones of self care and today's task is to make a nourishing meal that will help balance all the festive goodies that are now starting to creep into our diets.
