One of the most used excuses for neglecting ourselves is that we just don't have the time. Find time. It's important.
Of course we are busy and often our time belongs to someone else - swanning off to do an hour of yoga isn't going to go down so well if you are supposed to be in the office. There are however lots of "mini-breaks" you can easily fit into your working day, these five minute refreshers can help you re-set your attention and recharge your energy. You'll feel better and you'll work better - win - win!
